That was definitely an eye opener in some accounts. Was never too much aware about the impact of lack of adequate flood management planning our cities have. As much as I hate to agree that it is depressing to read and understand about these basic minimal things now, I wish I had shown little concern way too earlier. Will try and keep making myself and others aware of it to avoid further damage, though I am not sure to what extent it would help.

At this point, I have a suggestion/request (and you might have thought of it yourself) - I would love to see a modification of these articles being compiled into a book.
